The Role
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to C&C employees. 

Responding to email and telephone queries, you will accurately record issues and proactively work on their resolution. When necessary, you will contact third party suppliers and support providers to resolve technical problems. 

The Requirements
To join us as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will need: 

- Experience in administrating Active Directory, MS Exchange and Citrix
- Experience in the use of applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Experience in resolving tickets under KPIs and SLAs

A Microsoft certification would be beneficial to your application.
