With exciting expansion plans on the horizon, we’re now looking for a Client Services Assistant to join us and deliver an excellent service to users of our software.

The Role

As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll respond to a range of calls from clients and ensure a high-quality service is delivered.

Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll also have the chance to provide front line technical support.

Specifically, you will:

- Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner via telephone and email
- Collect the details of complex technical issues and pass these on to the Development Team
- Help to develop supporting documentation for our software (once you’re established in your role)

About You

While no experience is needed, to join us as a Client Services Assistant, you’ll need:

- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)
- Great communication skills
- A highly organised approach
- A positive attitude and the willingness to learn

This is a full-time role. However, for the right candidate, we will consider a minimum of 25 hours per week.
