Do you dream of a better world? One where businesses are a force for good and make a positive contribution to the local communities they operate in and the world in general?

If the answer is yes, then BTP may be just the place for you. On June 1st 2018 we were the first coffee chain in the world to ban the takeaway coffee cup – and have now saved over 350,000 cups from reaching landfill. Our purpose, Making Things Better, is more than just words to us.

We are always on the look-out for people who want to Making Things Better and therefore recruit on shared values over experience, every time and currently we have a Barista vacancy.

Our lovely teams want to be the best they can be so that they can deliver an exceptional experience to our customers each and every time. You will often be the first person our customers meet, so you always make sure they get a really great welcome.

As a Barista you are one of the privileged few that know how to complete the crop to cup journey with real integrity. Not only do you make phenomenal coffee, supplied by the amazing Extract Coffee in Bristol, delivered with exceptional latte art using our West Country organic milk, you ensure that our delicious drinks menu is made perfectly for our customers to enjoy - ensuring they have the highest quality product.

It’s a great role for anyone who loves coffee, tea, drinks using the very best ingredients and surpassing customer expectations. With our fantastic training & development programmes and commitment to develop from within you can have a meaningful career in the hospitality industry – if you want to. You’ll never ‘just be a number’ here at BTP.

You also get to work with some of the best people in the business (yes, we are biased). We’ll also give you:
• a free eCoffee cup (after all, #noexcuseforsingleuse)
• no late nights
• paid breaks
• no split shifts
• free food and drink
• a 50% team discount (which you can use when you’re with friends and family)
