Our Services:

- ARC - Day opportunities supporting individuals with Autism to gain new skills and interests in a safe and thriving environment

- Outreach - Supporting individuals with Autism within their home and in the community to access local amenities and resources

- Housing Support - To support individuals with Autism to maintain their own tenancy and to provide care at home as required

- Adult Residential - To provide a home to individuals with Autism within a group setting while promoting life skills

It is not necessary to have experience of working within social care as we are seeking to appoint Support Workers who share our values and are willing to learn and develop into the role.

On a day to day basis, Support Workers enable autistic people to complete all activities of daily living, which includes personal care and household chores. You can also expect to be out and about supporting autistic people to access their communities and to take part in activities of their choosing, which is great fun for all.

Scottish Autism is currently undergoing a period of digital transformation which will result in all documentation and processes being managed online and electronically from April 2020. Training on the new system will be provided to all staff.
