We’re currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join us at our South Hams location in Totnes.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will be tasked with processing key elements of contracts to support the fulfilment of our contractual obligations.

Specifically, you will manually enter timesheets into our systems, process payroll and assist colleague to check and file contractual and vehicle paperwork.

Your role will also involve:

- Responding to inbound enquiries from the public, local authority and head office
- Raising purchase orders and ordering goods
- Completing any allocated work accurately and efficiently
- Learning to use our Crew Management software system

About You

To be considered as a Contract Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of working on a computer, especially with Word, and basic Excel skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- To be honest and reliable
- Excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach
- Attention to detail
