We’re now looking for a personable and confident Lettings Negotiator to join our close-knit Islington Lettings Team. We don’t need you to be experienced, just really great with people.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, flexible and responsive lettings negotiation service to our landlords and tenants.

Specifically, you will manage tenant enquiries from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, with a view to generate viewings and offers, and conduct viewings with prospective applicants, following up regularly.

Your role will also involve:

- Communicating with prospective tenants
- Attending regular morning meetings with the Lettings Team
- Maintaining your knowledge of property legislation
- Forging strong relationships with prospective tenants

About You

To be considered as a Lettings Negotiator, you will need:

- Previous sales experience
- A full, clean driving licence
- To be well presented
- To be target-driven and enthusiastic
- A highly organised and flexible approach
- To be computer literate and able to learn new software systems

A Property Mark qualification would be beneficial to your application, but this is not essential. Previous lettings experience would also be an advantage.

You may have previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Rep, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, Sales Advisor, or BDE.

Other organisations may call this role Lettings Consultant, Lettings Advisor, Tenancy Advisor, Property Consultant, Estate Agent, or Lettings Agent.
