The Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will deliver a range of marketing initiatives to drive awareness of our business and exceptional products.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute marketing programs across all touchpoints including digital, sales, channel, PR, thought leadership and social media. As a self-starter, these programs include creating sales materials, including print and web-based content, and develop quarterly lead generation campaigns.

You will also:

- Follow-up on project timelines and deliverables
- Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns
- Write, proofread and edit marketing and sales materials including print and web-based content
- Draft and design blogs, monthly e-blasts, drip campaigns, marketing projects, etc.
- Maintain and update social media postings

About You

To join us as a Marketing Manager, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience in marketing or corporate communications
- Proven skills in launching digital marketing, lead generation and channel marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing communications
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (ideally Salesforce or Pardot)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- A proven record in developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing campaigns
- A college degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
