The Off Site Solutions Team manufacture modular homes constructed from wood in their premises in Antrim. These are then delivered to clients in UK & Ireland.

We’re currently looking for a Production Manager to join this team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Off Site Solutions Team (OSST). Directing tasks, you will ensure that all works completed are in budget, on time and completed to the highest quality standards.

You will support and implement practices that ensure Health and Safety legislation is met and best practice is being adhered to.

You will effectively communicate tasks and requirements to the OSST, monitoring workloads and providing solutions to ensure targets are met any risks are mitigated.

Additionally, you will:

- Inform stakeholders as to workload and progress
- Manage the delivery and installation of projects
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring as required
- Lead of Health and Safety policy and procedures for all employees on-site
- Attend meetings representing the OSST

About You

To join us as a Production Manager, you will need:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a manufacturing/construction environment
- An NVQ Level 3 in joinery or woodwork
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Competent IT skills
- A full, valid driving license

An IOSH Working Safely qualification and a valid CSR (Construction Skills Register) card would be advantageous to your application, but is not essential.

Some travel may be required for this role.
