The Role
We are actively recruiting for a Legal Company Secretary with a legal background to work for us on an ad hoc basis. You will be supporting the Managing Director and the wider business reviewing legal documents including Terms of Business for existing and new clients, client and supplier contracts. You will cast your expert eye raising any queries or areas that need clarification or revising to provide favourable terms to all parties concerned.

The Person
You will have previous experience in a similar role, it would be advantageous if you came from a healthcare or service provider background but not essential. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, has integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and has excellent attention to detail. We would be looking to pay an hourly rate as the work load and our requirements will fluctuate. You will either hold a degree in Law or Business Administration or have completed qualifications through The Chartered Governance Institute.
