Location: BookTrust, Battersea (This post is based in our London HQ, with additional requirement for some UK travel. BookTrust is currently a fully remote-working organisation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with working arrangements under regular review)
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Starting Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

We are looking for a human-centered, innovative and creative Programme Developer, who will scope, design and test new concepts, ideas, products, and services to help children and families discover the magic and power of sharing stories together.

As a Programme Developer at BookTrust you will be working in the Design & Innovation team supporting the strategic transformation of our portfolio of offers and interventions. In partnership and through collaboration with colleagues, external stakeholders, and end users, you will take a lead in identifying, visualising, building, and developing potential new innovation opportunities that fit against our strategic objectives - so that BookTrust can make even more of a difference, in particular, for children in greatest need.

You may have experience through formal training and / or of working in the private or commercial sector developing new products and experiences to delight end users. Experience of conducting co-design and co-production activity to generate, prototype and test a range of ideas as well as an ability to analyse and articulate problems to solve will be of great benefit.
