Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Executive to join their team in Hull.

The Company

Our clients are a Yorkshire based Managed Service Provider (MSP) operating out of their Head Office in Hull. They love technology, and love to share what they love with their customers. Offering B2B Technology goods and services which assist businesses to be more efficient whilst driving down cost.


The Position
Job Title: Apprentice Sales Executive
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 IT Technical Sales
Location: Hull HU3
Working Hours 8:30 - 5:30
Salary: £4.81, to be discussed at interview


Job Purpose:

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to use their valuable skills to begin their sales career within a flourishing business. You will join a small, experienced team where you will be coached and mentored to become a Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pro-actively selling profitable new business within a territory to meet set targets.
Responsible for sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.
Deliver profitable new revenue streams across the range of services provided by 360 Office.
Achieve and exceed Monthly / annual targets
Manage a sales territory and or prospect lists for business opportunities
Report call, lead, quote and contract activity on to the Company CRM System
Produce, present weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance to RSM when required
Liaise regularly with Sales Manager to determine roll out sales incentives within region
Be the primary interface between 360 Office and our target customers.
Demonstrate a determination to achieve goals and hit targets.
Built a Sales Pipeline by various means
Demonstrate Technology products to customers.
Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge beneficial to the rest of the team

Personal Skills:

A desire to beat the competition and be the best in your field of Sales
Maintain a laser focus on quality, with top-notch written and spoken communication
A personable personality and able to build strong relationships
A can-do attitude with a focus on delighting users
The ability to convey technical topics with simplicity
Previous experience in sales environment would be highly beneficial

Knowledge & Experience:

Some experience within a sales or customer service environment
A genuine desire to develop a career in Sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good administrative, organisational and time management skills
A high level of self motivation
