Our business is expanding and diversifying and we are looking for an Operational Change Analyst to join the Musculoskeletal Team. The primary focus of this role will be documenting and overseeing existing standard operating process within our Musculoskeletal and Workplace Assessment Adjustments Service’s. Our Workplace Assessments and Adjustments Service (WAAS) provides expert musculoskeletal (MSK) and ergonomic assessments and advice for employees and managers. This will be a remote based role.

Duties and Key responsibilities:
-Developing, maintain and own the overall operational processes for Musculoskeletal and Workplace Assessment Adjustments Services;
- Improving efficiency & appropriate paperwork
- integrating the service with other parts of the business
- Work in partnership with the key internal departments to develop appropriate processes.
- Work with business development to support new business opportunities.
- Work in partnership with the key clients and 3rd party suppliers to monitor and enable the smooth service delivery within agreed parameters.
- Focus on the management of all non-clinical functions of Musculoskeletal and Workplace Assessment Adjustments Services and other related services.
- Lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business.
- Support development of processes, procedures and audits to ensure a high-quality service.
- Work closely with IT, Systems Development, Project Governance, Governance, Client Relationships and Operational Teams to ensuring efficient integration with processes.
- Review and analyse internal and client management information to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal key stakeholders - understand their point of view, culture and purpose and what the business is trying to achieve.

Qualification and essential skills required:
- Recognised qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience of working within the project / change management area.
- Experience in Change & Process management.
- Experience of supporting the embedding of organisational structural change and new ways of working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
- Good IT skills to include knowledge of Office 365, database systems and project management tools.
- Ability to work unsupervised.

• Experience of delivering complex projects and service redesign initiatives.

• Background in the healthcare industry.
