The Role

As the Content Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider agency team and clients to create brand identity, voice and online presence through the creation of print, web and social content.

Reporting to the Search Director, you will develop and audit content strategies and collaborate with clients and other agency departments. You will help brainstorm ideas and provide editorial and technical support, as well as ensuring content is delivered to a high standard and to spec.

In this varied role, no two days will be the same and you will be involved in all aspects of content creation including copywriting, social media and outreach, digital and management and strategy.

Specifically, you will:

- Write, edit and proofread content
- Research topics, create content editorials and write content that ranks well in search engines
- Support the Social Media Team in writing and posting content suitable for different social channels
- Use social analytics to keep track of the growth and engagement of online communities
- Plan, schedule and maintain accurate records of the work done on projects
