We are in the fortunate position to be expanding our business, we are looking to recruit a team of experienced Administrators to work in our Client Services team.

We currently have a team of 100 administrators working for us across the UK, which allows us to offer home-based positions. You will be given full training and support to get you up to speed and begin your journey with Health Partners.

We run regular training programmes to promote talent within the organisation and offer a wide range of roles and opportunities for those wanting to progress their career.

The Role

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be supporting our clinical teams and clients, delivering excellent customer service internally and externally. The role entails dealing with a high number of inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries in a timely manner and ensuring we are meeting our SLAs. You will be responsible for loading and closing cases, escalating complex cases and liaising with GPs and other healthcare specialists to request medical reports and supporting information.

You will be booking telephone and face-to-face appointments for our Clinical Team, rescheduling appointments when necessary and ensuring all of the required documentation is loaded onto the system ahead of the scheduled appointment.

The Person

You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, as well as being organised and have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably have used databases or a patient tracking system. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates who have had previous customer service experience, have a confident and professional phone manner and can use their initiative to problem solve or to seek further guidance to resolve any client queries.
