The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of projects and campaigns from large, high profile projects to lower-level pieces of work.

Reporting to the Projects Director, you will work with clients across all stages of project delivery and act as the lead point of contact for all the accounts assigned to you. You will also keep in contact with our internal and external resources, stakeholders, partners, suppliers and other agencies.

This is a varied and multifaceted role and will include managing fully integrated campaigns encompassing physical, experiential and digital elements. This will include the delivery of 360-degree integrated sponsorship activation campaigns, digital projects for large brands and SMEs, high-class events, ongoing print campaigns and responsive websites with various API integration.

About You

To join us as a Senior Project Manager, you will need:

- At least six+ years’ agency experience in a similar level role
- Experience of effectively managing projects from brief through to delivery
- Experience in the delivery of 360-degree integrated activation campaigns
- To be adept at building effective client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets
- Integrated experience in working with events, partnerships, promotions, creative and external agencies
- To be experienced in a range of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Technical competence, including an understanding of the difference between backend and front-end development and web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of financial tracking and forecasting
- To be educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience in sponsorship activation would be desirable.

This is full-time role working 9am-5:30pm on a fixed term contract for six to eight months. You may be required to work outside of these hours and/or on the weekend when there is an event taking place.

Other organisations may call this role Senior Project Delivery Manager, Project Lead, Senior Project Delivery Lead, or Senior Campaigns Delivery Manager.
