The Role
We are currently going through a period of rapid growth and are looking for a Project Support Co-Ordinator to work remotely on a fixed term contract of a minimum of three months. You will be assisting and supporting the project team and Change & Improvement Manager by supporting the facilitation of the project schedule and preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress. Your key responsibilities will be to track and communicate project risks and opportunities whilst overseeing the Quality Assurance programme including audits, root cause analysis and CAPA. You will delegate and escalate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, organise and attend stakeholder meetings and provide general administrative support.

Qualification and essential skills required:
• Experience of working in a compliance related project.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills (phone and email).
• Microsoft Office literate.
• Confident with learning and navigating IT systems
• Experience of working within a project management background.
• Experience of Quality Assurance audit programmes
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Process champion.

Desirable skills:
• Experience of Document Management
• Experience of working within health services.
• Good understanding of Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR
