Requirements:
Experience as a Refrigeration Engineer is not required. We are keen for candidates to apply who have a relevant HVAC qualification, and can evidence some hands on technical experience of any kind alongside a solid electrical knowledge. Domex will provide the cross-training for you to specialise as a Domestic Ref Engineer.
• Experience and/or education in any of the following, or similar: Handyman, Technician, Electrician Mate, Electrical Improver, Maintenance Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer
• HVAC qualification
• Solid understanding of electrical and/or electronic principles
• Valid driving licence
• Customer friendly approach
• Keen to learn and build a career as a Domestic Refrigeration Service Engineer
The Engineer role:
• Field based, working in a dedicated area (near to home) within Greater London
• Represent world class brands such as Samsung, LG, Beko, Whirlpool and more
• Attend calls in customer homes, carrying out diagnostics, repairs and servicing on domestic refrigeration appliances
• Manage your day using a simple phone App, including your parts in-take, returns, technical info, all paperwork and job completion
