Health Partners are one of the largest and fastest growing occupational health providers in the UK. Due to this rapid growth, there is an ever-increasing demand for data and analytics from both internal stakeholders and our clients.
This will be a varied role, in an environment that is embracing new tools for data manipulation, reporting and management. The business has recently adopted Power BI as the primary business reporting tool and are looking for an experienced MI professional to help the business utilise the software to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI and other business intelligence tools
• Creation of advanced interactive dashboard reporting for client consumption via our web based application
• Preparation of commercially focussed KPI analysis for senior Operational managers to drive performance improvement
• Gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders into reporting solutions
• Utilise reporting tools to provide insight and guidance to key internal stakeholders and our clients
• Drive changes to improve reporting in general
• To manage own time efficiently to ensure that deadlines on multiple tasks/initiatives are met
• To communicate effectively with other areas of the business where required
• Coach and develop a small team of MI analysts to ensure they are using Power BI to its full potential

Essential Skills
• Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a similar role involving extensive use of SQL, Power BI and Excel
• Extensive experience of the entire MS suite with a particular focus on MS Power Point
• Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating complex topics to a non-technical audience
• A solid understanding of relational database
• A positive, enthusiastic, and methodical attitude

Desirable Skills
• Experience working with SharePoint Lists and MS Forms
• Previous experience working in the Occupational Health or Healthcare sectors
• Experience using Power BI reports embedded within web-based applications
• Project Management experience
• Experience of managing a small team
