Do you have maritime industry or watersports experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? The RNLI is looking for a Water Safety Delivery Manager to join our Water Safety Team, and the role comes with an attractive salary of £35,995 to £42,345 per annum.

In this Water Safety Delivery Manager role, you will help plan and manage the delivery of Water Safety interventions to at-risk communities, ensuring that staff and volunteers have access to the interventions that support the behaviour change required to keep people safe.

Your tasks will include:

- Supporting the effective delivery of drowning reduction activity
- Articulating national water safety plans to frontline water safety teams
- Working with teams to understand the risks and support the development of relevant interventions

To succeed in this Water Safety Delivery Manager role, you will need excellent partnership experience and a drive to improve performance in a wider team.

You will also require the following:

- CIPD training or equivalent experience
- Influencing, persuading, and organisational skills
- Knowledge and practical experience in the maritime industry or watersports
- The ability to prioritise and remain focused
