We’re currently looking for a Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a pipeline of high-quality development projects.

Reporting to the Director of Land and Design, you will progress our sites through the planning process to consent, negotiating with local authorities, agents, consultants and public stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

About You

To join us as a Development Manager, you will need:

- A proven track record in the property development process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- To be commercially aware
- The ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- To be highly motivated
- Full, valid driving licence

Other organisations may call this role Property Development Manager, Development Team Lead, or Residential Development Manager.
