Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We are looking for a committed administrator to provide full administrative and programme support to the Education and Training team. The role will involve data processing and managing data on the designated Client Management Systems (for which full training will also be provided) and to help co-ordinate enrolment days and course administration. The role will also involve preparing service paperwork (such as registration and evaluation forms), the preparation, publishing and circulation of programmes and timetables and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from learners and prospective learners on the courses and programmes High Trees are running. The role may also include providing administrative support to tutors during exams, audits or during delivery.

The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, strong organisational skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, be flexible and excited about being at the heart of our biggest team, Education and Training, and be committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.
