Now, we’re looking for a Mid-Level UX / UI Designer to join our team in London on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Mid-Level UX / UI Designer, you will focus on developing creative digital campaigns, websites, apps and promotions for our customers that inspire and engage.

Keeping user needs in mind, you will design, amend and implement both small and large scale digital initiatives. Working closely with clients and fellow team members, you will ensure product direction, visuals and experience are of high-quality and completed within agreed timeframes.

Specifically, you will:

- Resolve design challenges
- Use your understanding of Information Architecture to apply designs to different development frameworks
- Create wireframes, personas, user flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create prototypes that can communicate to clients/customers for user testing

About You

To join us as a Mid-Level UX / UI Designer, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience as an UI/UX designer or in a similar role
- The ability to develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- To be proficient in Adobe XD and Figma design tools
- To be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- To be familiar working with brand manuals, style guides etc
- The ability to collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences
- The ability to conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- A diploma and/or degree in a relevant field

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript would be beneficial to your application, as would a good working knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of InVision and other prototyping tools would also be advantageous, as would knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Animate.

This is a full-time role working from 9am to 5.30pm, however some out of hours and/or weekend working may be required on occasion depending on the project you are working on.
