In collaboration with Warner Media, Linen Mill Studios have developed the world’s only licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour at their Banbridge studios where a significant proportion of the globally renowned series was filmed.

Through a superlative interactive experience, this brand new ‘World Class’ attraction will immerse guests in the fantasy and intrigue surrounding the series. An unparalleled presentation of original sets, costumes, and artefacts, together with insights into the skills applied in creating Game of Thrones, will deliver an exceptional experience and understanding of the quality of production in what remains one of the most watched TV series of all.

Our team will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Game of Thrones Studio Tour is internationally recognised as a must-see attraction, by placing the guest experience foremost in their actions and by making an important contribution to our mission, vision, and values.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team.

Contract Type: Full-time permanent
Salary: £25,000- £30,000
Pension: Employer 5% Employee 4%
Holidays: 33 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays

ROLE SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for collaborating within the HR function, providing a supportive HR service to our people and be a key contributor to the delivery of our people agenda.
- work closely with the Head of HR in providing a fully functioning and effective HR department with a focus on
delivering the best employee experience
- be a visible HR leader and focal point for HR excellence within Linen Mill Studios providing guidance and
supporting the management team within each department
- proactively develop and lead the HR operations in the provision of an effective business support service across all parts of the business, translating HR strategies into appropriate HR actions and initiatives
- lead and manage large recruitment drives, provide advice and support to line managers in all aspects of the
recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and induction
- proactively lead, manage and successfully deliver elements of the HR strategy across the organisation within
specific time-frames
- assist in the review, development and successful implementation of progressive people policies, processes and plans to drive continuous engagement
- provide monthly people data analytics and reporting as required

HR Business Partner skills:
Essential

- be qualified to degree level and will hold a minimum CIPD level 5 or equivalent
- have a minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, ideally coming from a HR business partner background
- have the ability to work independently with a wide breadth of HR knowledge and a good understanding of the specialist HR areas
- be system savvy and have previous experience of operating a HRMS, learning management systems and other software applications
- have strong and up to date knowledge and experience of employment law and general legislation
- have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes to drive a
high-performance culture
- have experience of working with key stakeholders and employees at all levels, with strong verbal and written
communication skills
- be a proactive team player who maintains a real emphasis on relationship building

Desirable
