About you

Ideally you will have proven knowledge of reward and benefits work, related legislation, governance and practice with experience of different pay structures and allowances in the private and public sector. Experience of healthcare pay structure’s including Agenda for Change would be an advantage, along with job evaluation and grading. You will be a good relationship builder and able to adapt style to different audiences. You will have proficient Excel/database skills with the ability to analyse data and extract information with outstanding attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work with the team developing options for change, that ensure we are market competitive and provides pay progression that is fair and transparent.
• Work with the team to ensure we are consistency, transparency and fairness.
• Produce accurate data on which to base decision making.
• Support with implementing a new pay structure working closely with key stakeholders during planning and implementation.
