We’re also proud to be a B Corp - a certification for ethical businesses who work not just for profit, but also to benefit people and the planet.

- De-boning and trimming to spec
- Cut into primal cuts
- Demonstrate a good understanding of yield and portion control so that we are not creating unnecessary waste and making the most out of each cut of meat
- Packing of meat to Company standards

Please note, this role will involve some lifting and manoeuvring.

Skills & experience:

- Experience in a carcass boning role is essential
- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. and M.H.S. systems
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment
- You should have good communication skills and be able to speak and understand English to a level that enables you to comprehend instructions and the daily requirements of the role
- Accurate and efficient
