We are now looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join our IT Systems and Infrastructure teams at our Swansea or Carmarthen campuses on a permanent, full-time basis.

- THE ROLE -

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be tasked with providing high-quality admin support to our IT Services.

You will oversee financial administrative processes such as processing quote requests, creating purchase orders, engaging with suppliers and managing digital financial records.

Assisting with IT project administration, you will administer the workload planning system and maintain project plans. You will also provide committee and meeting support, including planning meetings, supporting the committee chairs, taking minutes and sharing action points.

Additionally, you will maintain the mobile phone inventory and collate IT Services communications.

- ABOUT YOU -

To be considered as an Administrative Support Officer, you will need:

- Previous experience in providing high-quality administration support
- Demonstrable experience of using Finance systems.
- Demonstrable experience of providing administrative support to meetings (inc. capturing action points and organising meetings)
- Demonstrable skills relating to attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Possesses excellent Digital skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- A good standard of education to GSCE level or equivalent
