Beat is recruiting a Deputy Services Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shaping new services. Beat’s Deputy Services Manager will be creative and able to adapt and support colleagues and line reports with the development and implementation of new and existing support services.

Beat’s Deputy Services Manager has line management responsibility for a team of Specialist Support Officers. Providing supervision to staff on shift, the Deputy Services Manager is a key member of the Support Services Team, ensuring that specialist services are delivered within timescale following processes and procedures including safeguarding.

This is a new role created to support the Clinical Services Manager with the management and delivery of Beat’s new Specialist Services. The services include guided self-help, online groups, video support over Zoom as well as weekly telephone support to both carers and sufferers.

The Specialist Team work within the hours of 9am and 8pm, Monday- Friday. The working hours of this role will be within these operational hours.

Beat offers 26 days of annual leave + bank which rises by a day a year to a maximum of 30 days. Additionally, Beat provides membership of a Cash Plan Scheme to all employees and offers flexible working.
