About the role

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to work with on building relationships with hiring managers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. You will be responsible for attracting internal and external candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent vacancies.

You will provide support to our North London side of the business, ensuring all hiring managers and applicants are dealt with in a timely manner.

Duties will include:

- Partner effectively with internal managers delivering customer focussed, proactive and highly efficient recruitment support
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, third party suppliers, working collaboratively with HR Team and operational colleagues
- Lead on recruitment campaigns, planning with recruiting managers to ensure best practice in candidate management and selection are achieved throughout each stage to offers of employment
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
- Plan recruitment activities within Certitude, ensuring best practice in recruitment campaigns, media marketing materials and content for all vacancies, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner and deliver the best value from recruitment spend

About you

To be a Recruitment Consultant at Certitude, the following are essential:

- Managing multiple high volume recruitment campaigns to successful appointments at all levels
- Advising, training and supporting Recruiting Managers on recruitment, interview and selection techniques
- Writing effective adverts and using social media as recruitment tool
- Ability to work independently and to enjoy working as a member of a fast-paced team
- Excellent personal organisation and time management - Plan and organise work proactively and meet deadlines
