As a training provider, we deliver award-winning apprenticeship programmes within the IT and Digital sectors. We work with key partners and businesses to create training programmes that give apprentices the experience and knowledge they need to succeed.

We’re now looking for a Centre Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As the Centre Manager, you will act as the link between our organisation and End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) and Awarding Organisations (AOs).

In this role, you will liaise with EPAOs and AOs to ensure we comply with their processes, terms and conditions, and act as a point of escalation for assessment disputes.

You will ensure all our processes and procedures are clear for users including the facilitation of assessments, testing of learners and compliance with EPAO, AO, Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) as well as Government requirements.

In addition, you will provide the Senior Management Team with Centre performance statistics to assist with shaping our strategy.

About You

To join us as the Centre Manager, you will need:

- Experience in working with End Point Assessment and Awarding Organisations
- A strong understanding of apprenticeships
- A good understanding of qualification structures
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills

A recognised assessment, quality assurance or teaching qualification would be beneficial to your application.

The Benefits

- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
