If you have experience managing Sitecore and are looking for your next role, we want to hear from you! The RNLI is seeking an inquisitive and collaborative Digital Platform Specialist (Sitecore), and the full-time role comes with a salary of £31,000-£36,445 and excellent benefits.

As a Digital Platform Specialist, you will be helping to improve our Sitecore maturity, by maximising the inbuilt Sitecore Experience Manager capabilities. Leading the way on the roll out of personalisation and Sitecore analytics, you will be adept in best practice and can make recommendations based on data driven insight.

In your first few weeks in this Digital Platform Specialist role, you can expect to:

- Get to grips with the Digital Experience team and our ways of working
- Develop proof of concepts for the roll out of personalisation and Sitecore Analytics
- Support on the delivery of our BAU Sprint cycles, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria

To succeed in this digital platform specialist role, you will need significant experience using Sitecore Experience Manager. An understanding of Kanban, Lean and Agile methodologies would be hugely advantageous. Are comfortable managing and prioritising a BAU programme of work, with impeccable attention to detail.
