Contract: Part-time, 21 hours per week (we can talk about which days)
Salary: £21,500 to £25,500 pro-rata, dependent on experience
Location: Flexible - Can be home-based in the UK with good transport links to major cities

We have ambitious plans to drive political, cultural and social change for seas that support abundant marine wildlife, sustain livelihoods and unlock the investment in marine solutions for the climate crisis.

Ambitious goals need ambitious people, and we’re looking for that in our Corporate Partnerships Officer. You will develop our established relationships with corporate donors, and focusing on ensuring that SME sector partners who proactively pursue ocean-friendly business practices are supported, and can grow with us.

As part of our Corporate Partnerships team, you’ll develop our company membership scheme, engaging with organisations to create value for them and to retain their support, as well as identify new businesses to offer the benefits of becoming a new member of the scheme.

Partnership building: Understands successful relationship management and values building positive relationships within organisations. Can show a track-record of working in corporate fundraising or a sales environment with income targets. Maintains professional integrity and is keen to work within an ethical fundraising framework.

Delivery: Advanced knowledge of Excel. Listens with curiosity, and pays attention to the details. Confident to take enquiries and approaches by phone and email. Plans work carefully with respect for impacts on others - makes sure deadlines are met.

Working with us: Is a problem-solver, supports others and enjoys working with a team of passionate advocates for our ocean and environment. We are looking for you to demonstrate our values, but we take pride in you being able to sharing your unique perspective and experiences which add to our knowledge and our culture.

Selection process
