The Role

As a Data and Insights Lead you will shape, implement, and manage the organisational data strategy and produce actionable reports that will inform strategic decisions across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include making better use of the Institution’s data sources, sharing data driven insights and monitoring data governance to ensure data protection policies are adhered.

We want you to help us develop a ‘data culture and literacy’ across the Institution, identify ways to use and enhance the value of our data and lead on development and training for key staff.

You will be a key member in our creative and dynamic Digital and Data team, who proactively support and implement solutions that secure the longevity of our new Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the enhancement of our web services available to all members.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- Experience managing a CRM system/ database
- Strong knowledge of data extraction and manipulation methods
- Strong knowledge and practical use of data visualisation tools for reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy legislation

Experience working in the not-for-profit sector, or a membership organisation would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
