Part-time - 30 hours pw (working pattern to be agreed at interview)
Office based Uckfield but hybrid working options are available if required

It’s an exciting time to join Health Partners, our business is growing and, as a result, we have an interesting opportunity for a Records and SARs Administrator to join our team.

As Records and SARs Administrator, you will deliver excellent customer service to our clients by ensuring the transfer/receipt of records is managed appropriately and in a timely manner. You will support a busy and friendly Administration Team with the maintenance and management of Subject Access Requests, ensuring we are meeting both SLA's, targets and processing them appropriately.

What you'll be doing:

- Acting as the key point of contact for the transfer of records either paper based or electronically, liaising with couriers on collections and deliveries
- Updating appropriate spreadsheets and records and working closely with IT to ensure electronic records are downloaded
- Liaising with our storage company for the receipt, delivery, retrieval, and destruction of records and/or archived boxes as required
- Regularly monitoring the SAR inbox and ensuring all emails are actioned in a timely manner
- Managing incoming SAR requests, checking consent options and logging the requests on our systems

What we are looking for:

- Proven Customer Service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ideally, prior experience working in a similar role
- Prior experience working with or knowledge of SAR requests highly desirable
