Located in Worthing, Haviland House is a specialist dementia care home designed to meet the needs of residents with different stages of dementia.

Our key focus is providing a truly person-centred approach, specifically designed to meet the needs of our residents living with dementia. Our goal at Haviland House is to make our residents feel at home, so we have created an environment in which residents are happy, independent, and confident. There are five unique, separate households across three stories which are designed to care for particular stages of dementia, allowing specific needs to be catered for.

We are looking for a Bank Registered Nurse to join the team at Haviland House who is prepared to come in at short notice to cover staff sickness, or to pick up extra shifts at busy times.

As a Registered Nurse at Haviland House, where residents are referred to as ‘family members’, you will put individuals’ choices and preferences at the heart of all you do. Doing so creates the sense that you are all living together within a safe environment.

We want to give our Nursing Team the time to support someone’s wellbeing, both emotionally and physically. It is truly a multidisciplinary role working with GPs, OTs, Physios, Care & Support staff, families and, most importantly, the individual’s themselves..
