Salary- Weekdays- £23.50 per hour, Weekends- £25.50 per hour
Hours of Work- Full-time (36 hours per week)- working on a flexi-working pattern. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Haviland House is a specialist dementia care home located at the foot of the South Downs in Goring, West Sussex. It was purpose built in 2015 to fulfil the needs of residents living with different stages of dementia.

In 2019 Haviland House was a ‘Best Dementia Care Home’ finalist in the National Dementia Care Awards and the home’s Health & Wellbeing Coordinator won the National Activity Providers Association’s ‘Best Activity Coordinator’ award.

As a result of the expansion of our nursing team, we are looking for a Day Registered Nurse to join the team at Haviland House. You will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of clinical care. It is your duty to ensure the highest standards are achieved, including providing person-centered care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home, through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills.

It is your duty to work with the care team to ensure continuous assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the residents' care. With your skills, you will be able to assist residents with all their needs, therapeutic interventions, as well as meaningful activities.

Job description

Essential
- Nursing Qualification and current NMC PIN number
- Satisfactory DBS check

Desirable
- Approved First Aid certificate
- Experience of working in a care home environment/non-hospital setting
- Previous experience in Dementia Care/demonstrates awareness in Dementia
- Management Experience
