Job Description

To physically verify inventory quantities (raw material, WIP and finished goods), investigate and understand variances and make system amendments as appropriate. To also undertake ad hoc audit reviews of inventory systems and processes as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Manufacturing Accountant, undertake the physical verification of inventory quantities within the Newton Abbot site, investigating and understanding variances and making system amendments as appropriate
• Undertake ad hoc reviews of inventory systems and processes as requested by the Manufacturing Accountant

Job Requirements

• Previous experience of stock taking and materials management is desirable
• Previous experience of working within a busy stores would be beneficial
• Basic IT skills including Excel required
• Whilst previous experience is preferred full training will be provided
