We are looking for a Product Cleaner to cover the night shift (Sunday - Thursday) at our Castle Donington centre.

The Role

On completion of your training, as a Product Cleaner, you’ll be tasked with ensuring effective, timely and efficient cleaning of product to be delivered to customer site, to keep an inventory of parts and undertake small repairs to products. All activities are recorded via our job management system.

Main responsibilities of the role

- Disinfect, function check and electrical safety test products
- Complete basic repairs on products and log on our internal job management system
- Complete records of testing
- Maintain available product stock and spare parts inventory
- Complete product modifications when required
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Ensure compliance with quality processes, both internal and external
- Complete daily/weekly activity reports

Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Sunday to Thursday nights 10pm - 6:30am.

About You

To join us as a Product Cleaner, ideally you will need to have or be willing to develop the following

Qualifications and experience requirements:
- Experience of working within a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Infection Control and COSHH would be desirable but full training will be provided
- Basic PC skills to include email and MS Office

Personal Requirements:
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under own initiative, and follow procedures laid out by the business to achieve deadlines
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- DBS Checked (or the willingness to complete one)
