We are Cooksongold, and we’ve been proudly supporting jewellers across the country since 1918, with everything from precious metals to jewellery tools. We form part of the Heimerle + Meule Group, one of Europe's largest refiners and processors of precious metals.

Based in the heart of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter we are a friendly, well-established but growing business of 280 employees. We are currently looking to recruit a Coordinator to join our scrap team at our Birmingham store.

What you’ll be doing:

As a scrap coordinator you will be responsible in assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the department. You will also be able to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a professional, friendly and quality service.

What you’ll need to bring to the show:

The successful candidate will ideally have both customer services and jewellery experience.
The ability to cope with pressure and work to deadlines.
Team Spirit - you’ll need to be prepared to get involved in whatever it takes to get the job done.

Hours of Work

Our working week totals 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
