The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to further their administrative career within a membership and education environment. As Examination and PRI Officer, you’ll support the Examination and PRI Team in everything from processing applications and production of exam papers, to issuing results and producing statistics.

It will be your responsibility, along with your team, to ensure that all exams run smoothly and that our members receive the best service possible. You should be comfortable working in an everchanging environment and using your initiative when following a process to complete the task at hand.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a team, and working collaboratively with other departments
- Experience providing support and administration within a member service

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
