Pricing Analyst

Your Objectives

The Pricing Analyst delivers value-added financial analysis and recommendations that support commercial decision-making processes within the organisation. The role focuses on pricing new transactions, revenue initiatives and partnering with the business to drive effective results.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to manage the pricing of deals for our Insurance Premium Finance division and our Specialist Lending division. You will be expected to build effective relationships with a number of stakeholders in sales, finance and legal so you can offer pricing recommendations throughout the contract negotiation process.

In addition, you will:

- Drive the pricing strategy of new products
- Review, strengthen and improve current pricing models and processes
- Run revenue initiatives to assess or implement price and fee changes
- Assist with the forecasting of revenue in relation to price or fee changes

Your Competencies

Your Likely Background

- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and modelling
- Working towards, or already attained, a professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, or similar)
- A plus: previous experience of pricing in Financial Services
