Location: London, Farringdon alongside the ability to also work from home

Do you have experience managing others to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed? Are you experienced in reviewing procedures ensuring they are effective and followed by the team?

The Role

The role of the Memberships Applications Supervisor will be to undertake the line management of the Membership Qualifications Officers; ensuring that objectives are met and supporting them in their work. This is a dynamic role that is looking for someone who is innovative to implement and develop processes, ensuring that they are effective in meeting the Institutions goals.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Experience overseeing and coordinating processes which could include membership applications, audits, and the annual CPD review cycle or re-licencing process.
- Knowledge of professional registration processes and requirements.

Experience working in the membership sector would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
