- Deliver outstanding customer service and account management
- Take on a hands-on role helping the Customer Sales Manager shape the performance of the Customer Service Team
- Responsible for ensuring the Customer Service Team completes their daily tasks on time
- Provide training, support and supervision for the Customer Service Advisor Team
- Use business intelligence and data to ensure optimum team performance

Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet. Working together with thousands of food service businesses, greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Coatbridge and help us to continue to do things the right way.

With over 700 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser.

What are we looking for? As you can imagine, you’ll need a broad range of personal skills to succeed, but we don’t expect you to have everything from the start! We will coach, train and support you, it’s more important that you have the right interpersonal skills and the intelligence to grasp our business and take us forward.

We will be looking for:

- Someone who will help lead health and safety performance at the site
- Experience in catering, telesales, customer service or other customer-facing roles, with people management experience
- A proven track record of securing new accounts
- Demonstrable experience of working well under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
- A good telephone manner
- The ability to use computer systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above
