We are currently looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis and help us ensure our work environment is safe and compliant.

The Role

As the Health and Safety Manager, you will effectively oversee all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment matters for our company.

In this varied role, you will undertake a range of activities to ensure H&S standards are maintained, correct procedures are being followed and we comply with necessary regulatory requirements.

You will ensure our certification and training programme is maintained and provide education, training and coaching to teams to ensure competence in the delivery of HSE processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Undertake timely accident and incident investigations
- Proactively assess all working environments at all times
- Hold relevant Toolbox talks with the Factory and Installation teams
- Develop and regularly update HSE policies and procedures
- Undertake new starter inductions in conjunction with management

About You

To join us as the Health and Safety Manager, you will need:

- Relevant experience in a related HSE position
- A NEBOSH certificate in construction

Experience as an appointed person would be beneficial to your application.
