We’re now looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.

The Role

As an Internal Communications Executive, you will implement an internal communications strategy that raises employee awareness and engagement with our organisational goals.

Specifically, you will collaborate with our Marketing and People and Talent Teams to develop aligned and integrated internal and external strategies. This will include planning the use of channels and tools, required budgets and other necessary processes to deliver our key messages.

Crucially, you will produce engaging content for both our staff intranet site as well as across our internal communication channels, such as articles, videos, infographics and photos. Assisting with copywriting, you will manage the distribution of internal announcements.

Additionally, you will:

- Analyse and report on the performance of internal communication channels
- Develop and organise Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
- Support with project management and content creation for key events

About You

To be considered as an Internal Communications Executive, you will need:

- Experience in an internal communications role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to write communications materials for a wide range of audiences
- The ability to manage, prioritise and deliver a diverse workload
- Experience with internal communications tools and platforms
- To be comfortable working across all levels of a national company
- The flexibility to respond to changes quickly
- To demonstrate a consistently proactive approach
- An understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva
- Photography and Video editing skills
- To be willing and able to travel to various offices across the UK
