We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis and provide key support to our Marketing Department.

The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing Department in all areas of marketing activity to help generate sales, qualified leads and meet department KPIs.

Ensuring that our marketing message is current, coherent and correct, you will create content to build our brand within the target sectors of Education and Sports. You will also support digital marketing activities to increase engagement.

You will prepare case studies, deal with customer enquiries that come into our CRM system and help to collate reports, campaign progress and CRM reports.

Additionally, you will:

- Help to create and write blogs posts and web pages
- Support the SEO and PPC programmes
- Assist with writing mailshots, email shots and flyers
- Support conferences and exhibitions

About You

To be considered as a Marketing Assistant, you will need:

- A minimum of two years’ content creation experience for multiple channels
- Experience with customer communications
- CRM experience
- Experience of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and third-party contacts
- Proven experience working to and achieving tight deadlines in high pressure situations
- Excellent knowledge of social media and web CMS platforms
- Proficiency in IT
- A full, valid driving licence

A marketing qualification would be beneficial to your application.
