We hold a number of accreditations, including ISO 9001, Sector Scheme 8 & 9A, HERS, CHAS, Achilles, FORS and Constructionline, which demonstrate our commitment to quality and service.

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 16-24 hours per week.

The Role

As a Quality Manager, you will effectively oversee all aspects of quality, audits and certification matters for our company.

A key part of your role will involve overseeing the development, implementation, revision and maintenance of quality standards and associated records. This is so you can ensure we remain compliant with existing regulatory standards ISO 9001 and NHSS 8.

You will assume overall ownership and responsibility for the structure and content of the Quality Management System and the maintenance and continuous improvement of its documentation.

Additionally, you will:

- Conduct internal and external audits following the internal audit schedule
- Act as the owner of the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) programme
- Ensure the company certification and training programme is maintained
- Champion the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS)

About You

To join us as a Quality Manager, you will need:

- Relevant experience in a related QHSE position
- Extensive working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- To be a certified internal auditor
- To be a member of the CQI or IRCA
- An ISO Internal or Lead Auditor qualification
