Inbound Call Handler

We have an exciting new project, and are looking for people to be part of the team.

Are you customer focused? Do you have customer service experience?

This role involves taking inbound calls on behalf of our client. Dealing with customers, troubleshooting, database management. You must be polite and courteous. Good at listening and asking questions in order to provide the best customer service.

Experience in a phone based role is not essential, but would be advantageous. Full training will be given.
