The Role

We are currently looking for a Compliance & Risk Administrator to join our team and ensure our operations are compliant and provide our customers with confidence when they use our services. If you are looking to join a compliance team at an entry level, this is the ideal role in which to advance your career and develop professionally.

Our operations are a challenging environment in which to work. As such, we need to ensure that our processes and controls are watertight and highly effective - and that’s where you come in.

As a Compliance & Risk Administrator, you will support our organisation by working with the Senior Compliance Manager with the onboarding, due diligence, training and management of Appointed Representatives ensuring that we take adequate steps to ensure that operational processes, procedures and Appointed Representatives comply with regulatory requirements.

Your role will also encompass supporting our Risk & Compliance team to develop new processes and controls via the administrate processes you undertake.

You will also:

- Assist in the administration required across the department
- Support the Senior Compliance Manager in the execution and delivery of the wider Compliance Oversight Programme
- Manage the team mailboxes ensuring queries and incidents are captured and resolved
- Support the Risk & Compliance Team in the production of management information for submission management committees and elsewhere across PCL inclusive of minute taking as requested

About You

To join us as a Compliance & Risk Administrator, you will need:

- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Knowledge of financial services would be beneficial to your application, additionally, an understanding of risk and control management would also be advantageous.
