Resource Planner - Full Time, Hybrid.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our business and showcase your skills as a Resource Planner. Ideally you will have previous scheduling/planning experience and are looking to develop further skills in a friendly and professional environment. The successful applicant will deliver excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients whilst supporting our internal team, Flexible or agile working is encouraged by Health Partners and this role can be based at the Solihull office or as part of a hybrid working model. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements with you.

The working pattern is on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday, working 7.5 hours a day with 60 minutes unpaid for lunch.

You will be an integral part of the resource planning team who are responsible for scheduling and planning the activities of our Mobile Health Units as they visit our various client sites across the country and deliver our occupational health service. You will be responsible for arranging visits, allocating and monitoring resource as well as arranging travel and accommodation for our team of Technicians as they undertake site visits.

Key responsibilities
- Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation, in turn ensuring best value to our customer’s needs
- Allocating people and equipment to client sites on our scheduling portal
- Supporting our customers via phone and email with planning site visits and prepare visit schedules for our customers to complete
- Liaising with customers and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules, and escalating if not completed correctly
- Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff
- Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements
- Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions
- Coordination of escalated cases returned by our screening staffs
- Liaising with our case management and clinical teams
- Updating records in accordance with the escalation outcome and scheduling of any actions

Essential Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to use own initiative and take a proactive approach
- Willing to take an active role in one’s own development
- Experience in a customer service
- Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Able to work as part of a team
- Experienced in customer service
- Understanding of data protection (GDPR) and Medical Confidentiality
- Background in diary management and scheduling
