The Role:

We are seeking experienced, motivated and enthusiastic customer service professionals to become part of our busy Customer Services Team based in Rickmansworth (n.b. this role will require you to split your working week between Three Rivers House and working from home).

Excellent communication, numerical and ICT skills are essential, together with a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will need to have the ability to deal effectively with people from a range of backgrounds via all council communication channels.

You will need to be flexible to work shifts across our opening hours of 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-5.00pm Friday.
